Mortgage Loan Originator

Our team is currently seeking talented Outside Mortgage Loan Originators to work out of our Arlington, TX branch location. We are seeking Loan Originators who proactively make sales calls, works regularly out of the office in the community cultivating relationships with business partners, and establishing your own sales/marketing plan in an effort to build your business

• Establish & maintain a network with realtors in efforts to increase loan origination
• Interview new and existing customers to determine loan needs
• Advise customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing
• Generate mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate procedures and policies are followed

Job Requirements

-Current NMLS License (or ability to acquire within 90 day training period)
-Preferred 1+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
-Documented previous mortgage loan volume
-Established local relationships/networks preferred
-Strong computer skills and experience with mortgage operating software
